- Facilitate BOD in the forcast of the budget
- Facilitate the BOD in the overall meetings
- Enforce the Rules and Regulations
- Maintain all the required files on site
- Licensed property manager in the State of Florida
- Supervision of all Lawn and Landscaping services
- Maintain all pools/fountains on property
- Manage all janitorial/concierge/maintenance
Accounting and Financial Services:
- Accounts payable/recievable
- Accounts payable to be signed by all BOD
- Prepare deposits for all maintenance payments
Financial Report
- Balance Sheets/Income Statements/Monthly Bank Statement/Check Disbursement Listing/Insurance
